Palmora Saigon is a nightlife venue for guests aged 18 and over. By booking, you confirm you are at least 18 and will bring valid ID on arrival.

3. Reservations

Booking requests through the website are free and only confirmed once the Palmora team contacts you by phone, Zalo or WhatsApp. Specific seating depends on availability at the time of confirmation.

Palmora may adjust or decline a booking request in case of full capacity, private events or reasonable operational reasons.

4. Conduct

Guests must follow venue rules and respect staff and other guests. Palmora may refuse service for disruptive or unlawful behaviour, or anything affecting general safety.

5. Intellectual property

All content, images, menus, logos, design and source code of this website belong to Palmora Saigon. They may not be copied or reused without written consent.

Copying this website, or building pages or domains bearing the Palmora name to impersonate Palmora Saigon, take bookings or collect guest information, is strictly prohibited. Palmora Saigon may demand removal of infringing content and act under intellectual property law.

6. Limitation of liability

Information on the website (opening hours, programmes, illustrative images) may change without notice. Palmora strives for accuracy but is not liable for unintended errors.
